General Terms
• Orders that are returned must be received back at Neven Cycles within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Any item that is returned must be in the original packaging which is able to be resold and the item must be in brand new / unused / uninstalled condition.
• Please do not ship any item back in the products packaging alone as we will not be able to issue refunds where the original product packaging is damaged and not re-sellable as new.
• So that we can better keep track of your return you will need to call and get a return authorization before sending items back to us.
• Shipping will be deducted from the return total on all exchanges or returns.
• Please place the return authorization on the outside of the box that you are returning as we will refuse any packages that are delivered without an RMA on the outside of the box.
